In recent years many African Americans and African diaspora have rediscovered their African roots and heritage through DNA tests and family records. This has sparked an increase in international travel to many different countries in Africa. In my travels to Africa and the Caribbean, I have talked to many people who need assistance with immigration for their nuclear and/or extended families.
Also, many students sought immigration assistance to attain an education and training in various fields at the many outstanding colleges, universities, or technical schools in the United States.
Although I witness much poverty and even obvious corruption I found it inspiring that despite some of these obstacles people still cherished maintaining intact families and obtaining an education with the hopes to bring that education back to help those in need in their communities. With this knowledge, I decided that I wanted to create a law firm whose purpose was to help
African, Caribbean, and African diaspora who desire to immigrate to the United States. At AfrImmigration we will do the best we can to one day be able to say to you, welcome to the United States!
I have always had a desire to help those in need that is why I chose health care and law as my professions of study. While working in health care I discovered that many patients sought legal assistance for vast areas of law ranging from criminal, personal injury, bankruptcy, immigration to medical malpractice. Further, many health care practitioners are from various cultural heritages thus I found myself assisting coworkers with immigration issues while assisting some patients with other legal needs. After studying immigration in graduate law school and rediscovering my African heritage while traveling to Africa I decided to focus my practice of law on immigration. It is a pleasure to help you with your immigration legal issues.
